John Clark Valves (JCV) was established in 1985 as a valve and ancillary equipment stockist. Now one of the UK’s largest stockists of valves, the Company carries extensive stocks of gate, globe, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, wafer check valves and actuators at its recently extended premises on Teesside. We supply Industrial valves that come from a range of quality manufacturers such as Dafram, Tocina, Actreg, Danfoss, Bonney Forge, ADCA, Rotork to name but a few.

We are also able to offer the services of a fully fitted workshop, for valve overhaul, modifications and valve testing.

In and amongst the tasks of the workshop, is a full automation service, whether you’re looking to fit actuators to existing valves, upgrade standard actuators or are designing a new plant, we can advise on what options are available to suit your specific needs.


JCV operates within a quality controlled environment, which has been externally accredited by BSI to conform with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, and in addition to our own stringent internal quality control procedures our manufacturers have been audited and approved by organisations such as API, Lloyds, ISO, DNV, etc.

JCV is proud of the service which it offers its customers "A service second to none" A same day delivery service is available on both stock and non stock items, and a member of staff is on call 24 hours a day to cater for those unexpected breakdowns.
