Andrew has over 34 years’ industry experience that started working with safety relief valves for Anderson Greenwood, then continued onto a wide variety of valves and business sectors. He has been an active member of the association for over 20 years, sitting on the Executive Committee and Business Development Committee and the Board. He was elected as Chairman in November 2025.

Group Managing Director, KT Holts
Richard is an experienced Engineer and an accomplished Managing Director of the group. He joined KTH in 1997 as General Manager. In 2006, Richard acquired KT Hydraulics, subsequently serving as its Managing Director before advancing to group Managing director. With over seven years of dedicated service on the BVAA Board, Richard brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the table.

Director, Valve Solutions Ltd
Gareth joined Valve Solutions in 2008, predominantly carrying out both inside and outside sales, though being part of a small business never restricted to just these roles. Gareth became a Director of Valve Solutions in 2019, and in the same year joined the BVAA Board, after being involved with the Association since entering the industry.

Sales Director, Koso Kent Introl
Stuart started with Koso Kent Introl Limited in 1987 as an apprentice mechanical engineer. He has held several Sales roles in the company during his time and currently holds the position of Sales Director. He has been actively involved with the BVAA for several years and joined the BVAA Board in 2022.

Rachel joined YPS Langley valves in 1998 after completing a BA Hons in Business Administration Management and having worked in the finance department of a UK national company. In 2001 became a member of the board at YPS, and a passion for engineering and UK manufactured product followed. Rachel joined the BVAA Board in 2024.

Head of Service Programmes, Rotork
Dave joined Rotork in 2004 as an Advanced Modern Apprentice and is now Head of Service Programmes. Dave’s BVAA journey began with his participation on the first Future Leaders Programme in 2016, he was then co-opted to the board, before being made an official board member, Vice Chair and then Chairman from November 2022 to November 2025.
Eileen Montgomery

Eileen is an experienced Executive with over 28 years’ experience in the Automotive and Oil & Gas industries including 20 years in Executive/Leadership roles. Eileen is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Director; she has been a Board member of the BVAA since 2022.

North Europe Process Sales Manager, Emerson
Mark has been with Emerson for a total of 18 years. He held several positions in the Final Control business including Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Business Development before joining TopWorx as European Sales Office Manager in 2014. Mark is currently a member of the North Europe Sales Leadership team and is a champion of Sustainability & Decarbonation in the discrete automation business.

Operations Director, KT Hydraulics
Chloe joined KT Hydraulics in 2018 and has played a key role in driving recent business changes. She took part in the BVAA Future Leaders 6th Cohort, which inspired her to build on her undergraduate degree and pursue a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership. Recently appointed Operations Director, Chloe looks forward to expanding her experience with both KTH and the BVAA.
Rob Bartlett

Our Director & CEO Rob has over 40 years’ experience in engineering/fluid controls including 30 years in senior positions in trade associations - 20 of those as CEO of the BVAA. He leads all aspects of the Association and its work, including overall responsibility for resources and operations, P&L, support for the Board, members, and various external bodies and contractors, including the technical and business development functions.

Principal Technical Consultant & Leading Lecturer
Peter is currently working as a consultant to the valve industry, and as BVAA's principal technical consultant and chief lecturer. He is also the Chairman of BSI's technical committee on industrial valves, and one of the UK’s representatives to international standards organisations.
