BVAA Spring Conference & Golf Day

In 2026 we are moving this popular event to a brand new venue - Wychwood Park Hotel & Golf Club, Crewe, Cheshire!

The BVAA Spring Conference is an excellent opportunity to keep up-to-date with industry relevant speakers, network with fellow BVAA members and enjoy an evening of food and entertainment from comedian Paul Tonkinson. 

Wednesday 13 May - Annual Spring Conference

The BVAA Spring Conference is a unique event that brings together inspirational speakers and a large number of senior professionals within our industry.

It's a fantastic opportunity to:

• Connect, collaborate and explore new opportunities

The day starts with an exhibition, giving plenty of scope for networking. This is then followed by the Conference with a program of topical, industry-related presentations by keynote speakers:

There is then an opportunity to relax, before meeting for pre-dinner drinks, and enjoying a delicious dinner and evening entertainment. 

Thursday 14 May - Golf Day 

Experience one of the finest inland golf courses in the north of England at Wychwood Park.

Designed to European PGA TOUR standards, our 18-hole, par-72 course stretches across 7,213 yards of Championship tees, delivering an exhilarating challenge for golfers of all skill levels. Set in the stunning Cheshire countryside, the course offers breathtaking views to complement your game.

Event Booking Cancellation Policy
Delegate cancellations more than 14 days before the event date will normally receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. BVAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event. In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
