Regional Dinner & Supplier Day

17 - 18 March 2027

The BVAA is hosting a Regional Dinner on the 17th March and a Supplier Day event on the 18th March 2027 at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, Stretton, Warrington.

This exceptionally popular event is designed to provide an opportunity for suppliers and buyers from the valve and actuator supply chain to meet up, display their offering, and network.

If you are part of the supply chain for the Valve and Actuator industry, or are interested in purchasing materials and components, then this event is one not to be missed. This event is also open to non-members of the Association.

Many members comment that there is currently nothing like this event in industry, and how valuable it is compared with big trade shows. This type of networking offers an avenue to create long term relationships, a trade of ideas and mutual trust which can often only be achieved from BVAA meetings.

Regional Dinner - 17 March 2027 - 6.15pm - 11pm

The evening starts with pre-dinner drinks and networking, followed by a superb three course dinner, and evening entertainment.

Supplier Day - 18 March 2027 - 9am - 2.30pm

The Supplier Day comprises of 1-2-1 meetings and a networking lunch. At our last Supplier Day, we facilitated more than 120 one-to-one business meetings!

Event Booking Cancellation Policy
Delegate cancellations more than 14 days before the event date will normally receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. BVAA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event. In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered. 

Acknowledgement: By booking a BVAA event, the delegate (and/or the booking organisation) will be required to confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Event Booking Cancellation Policy. These terms apply to all bookings, whether made by individuals or organisations.
