Membership Criteria

Membership of the Association is open to companies registered in the UK who will subscribe to the BVAA Memorandum and Articles of Association, and who manufacture, distribute and/or repair industrial valves and/or actuators and/or related products.
All applicants must have filed at least one set of formal UK accounts.

	**To ensure fairness for all our members, your fees are determined by the BVAA’s standardised Subscription Formula, which the BVAA Board regularly reviews. The calculation will account for any new-member discounts, and will be limited by our maximum and minimum caps.
Declaration: We wish to apply for membership of the British Valve and Actuator Association and understand that such membership is confined to companies or individuals registered in the United Kingdom and engaged in the UK valve industry market, manufacturing, selling or repairing industrial valves and/or actuators and related products, or providing related consultancy services, as detailed in the BVAA Memorandum & Articles of Association. If our application for membership is approved we undertake to treat as confidential all reports and other communications received from the Association. We also agree to adhere to all the rules of the Association as detailed in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
