Subject: The art of effective communication to build better working relationships
Session Description: Good communication skills help us to impart and receive information effectively through verbal, non-verbal, written and visual methods. When coupled with powerful interpersonal skills, good communication is essential for personal, workplace and business success.
This 45-minute, interactive Lunch & Learn session will cover key aspects including active listening, empathy, respect, clarity of expression, body language, confidence and other invaluable interpersonal techniques to create greater impact, engender stronger relationships and foster mutual understanding in the workplace leading to enhanced business success.
Moreover, given the increase in Artificial Intelligence and automation, the development of person-centric skills is becoming more important.
