DOCUMENT CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR

As the Document Control Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate transmittal, retrieval, storage and distribution of contractual documentation for the company. Reporting directly to the Documentation Manager you will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally, maintaining a high-level of confidentiality. Main Duties: Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Following company internal processes in compliance with ISO 9001 approval - Creation and control of internal and external SDRL’s and transmittals - Using client portals and document control sites for official document submittals - Responsible for the tracking, revision, storage and distribution of all relevant documentation - Maintaining orderly record keeping ensuring the correct storage and up to date revisions are in line with company polices and customer specifications - Complying with client document numbering systems and start up package requirements - Managing deadlines to meet customer project requirements and departmental KPI goals - Liaise and distribute project information with the client and project team - Maintaining excellent customer service Essential Skills: - Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an administrator role ideally within the Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing industry - NVQ Business Administration level preferred - Excellent communication skills - Strong administration and organisational skills to support efficient workflow management - Fully competent in Microsoft office and Adobe PDF editor Person Requirements: - Meticulous attention to detail - A ‘Can-do’ attitude and drive to achieve customer requirements - A friendly, team orientated individual who wants to support the aims of the company.
