A leading force in hydraulic engineering, Schoolhill offer a complete Design, Manufacture and Testing service for a wide range of hydraulic powered equipment, most of which feeds into the Offshore Oil Industry. Schoolhill have a dedicated range of hydraulic cylinders for Subsea operation and other harsh environments. We are Deepwater Cylinder Specialists with over 30 years experience in the Subsea Oil and Gas Industry. The company also manufactures a variety of subsea control valves which includes Check Valves, Shuttle Valves, 3 Way Pilot Operated Valves and Quick Exhaust Valves for emergency shut down (ESD). Valves are manufactured either from Stainless Steels or other corrosion resistant alloys. Recently we have been working with a major oil exploration customer to develop High Flow, High Integrity QEVs with SIL certification. This work is almost completed and we are now turning our attention to BOP control valves since the Macondo Report identified these valves as requiring special attention.

Pipe Handling Systems, Dipping Tables, Swaging Machines (350t; 500t; 750t) and Induction Heating Systems for premium tubulars is another area in which we have substantial expertise.
