Our valve services ensure traceable certification, maintenance and overhaul giving a cost effective and reliable service to our customers. All work undertaken is traceable to national standards utilising our fully skilled engineering workforce. We tailor our services to suit our customers’ needs by using either mobilised labour, mobile workshop facilities, the customers facilities or a combination of these to meet the deadlines and the type of service required. SGS has the capabilities and experience to offer a full management service whereby we can take ownership of the valve overhaul and certification element of a site outage, shutdown or project.

SGS also offer a VTIL (Valve Testing In Line) service which allows the valve set pressure to be verified without removal. The VTIL system is a portable, computer controlled, self contained ATEX approved relief valve test system that allows the testing of installed spring loaded, proportional and full lift safety relief valves upon liquid, steam and vapour services. This service has been proven to save our customers time and money.
