Testing including hydrostatic and gas, type acceptance testing (TAT), fire testing (ISO 10497, API 6FA, API 6FB, API 6FD, API 607), cryogenic, (BS 6364 or client requirement), harsh environment (-196°C to +350°C), API 6A PSL 3G. API 6A PR1 and PR2, flow (Cv and characteristic to IEC 60534-2-3), fugitive emissions (BS/EN/ISO 15848), Shell MESC SPE 77/300 vacuum and sniff, proof and burst (ASME and DNV), fatigue, cyclic and endurance.
Design Engineering - Full product design and development, on-site or off-site including 3D Models, 2D manufacturing drawings, full BOM, costing. Design reporting to code requirements. Value engineering. Operating and maintenance instructions. Reverse engineering of obsolete product or systems. Our advanced engineering solutions include FEA and CFD analysis.
Project Management - Critical path planning, management of key milestones across all disciplines, customer interface and management, cost control, risk and contract management, critical thinking and communication.
UKAS Traceable calibration laboratory for pressure measuring devices and thermocouples.
NDE – LPI Level II (ASNT & PCN).
Software Design – Engineering, sizing, product configuration and commercially available HMRC Make Tax digital.
Our QMS is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.We are regularly audited to more robust requirements such as API, ASME BPVC Section III, subsection NCA for N stamp on our clients behalf.
